Service Description

We will intake some information, speak to you about your goals/concerns, answer questions during the 30 minute consult. After, we come up with a few things to give you a roadmap to help in your journey and send via email within 5 business days.

Cancellation Policy

May cancel, no later then, 1 day prior to start date. There will be a $10 cancellation fee assessed if canceled less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment. This compensates your Nutrition Consultant for their time and effort they put into your plan.
